Submit your application. Complete the C.O.M. application form with details about your fabric and the product you wish to create.
We confirm the details. Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to verify your fabric specifications and customization requirements. We will confirm usable width, pattern repeat, and total yardage needed before you ship.
Ship your fabric to us. Once all details are confirmed, you send us your fabric. We will provide the shipping address and any special packaging guidance.
Production begins. Your order enters our production queue. You will enjoy the same precision sewing, quality control, and craftsmanship standards as our standard collections.
Delivery worldwide. Your finished custom pieces are securely packaged and shipped directly to your door.
Before shipping, please confirm: material type, pattern direction, usable width, pattern repeat, and total yardage with your fabric supplier or care label. Our team is happy to review your fabric details in advance if you are unsure.
We can work with most woven fabrics. Very sheer or very loosely woven materials may present technical challenges — please discuss your fabric with us before applying if you are uncertain.
The customer is responsible for shipping the fabric to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service and will provide our facility address upon application approval.
